Membership Categories
The membership period is based on a calendar year (January-December),
but fees are prorated for new members depending on the
month they join. Below is a complete list of membership categories, benefits,
and dues.
Individual
Benefits include:
- One vote in all BCA elections
- Eligibility to serve on any committee
- Eligibility for service on the BCA Board of Directors in compliance
with the BCA Bylaws
- Use of the BCA Member logo
- Membership in the local BCA chapter
- Use of all members-only
resources
- Subscription to The Checklist
- Discounts to all training events hosted or sponsored by BCA
Dues: $230 per year

Corporate
There are two types of Corporate membership:
- Provider—Open to all firms that offer commissioning (Cx, RCx, ReCx)
as a professional service.
- Non-Provider—Open to all firms or companies
that provide products or service related to commissioning (e.g., construction,
controls, etc.) but do not provide full commissioning services.
Benefits of both types include:
- Two Individual memberships
- Both members receive all
the benefits of Individual Members.
- Both memberships include membership
in the local BCA chapter.
- One member will
appear in search results of the public Member Directory on the
BCA website.
- Both members will be listed in the BCA website Corporate Member Directory
based on their role in the industry.
- All employees of the
firm receive discounts for training events hosted or sponsored by BCA,
and advertisement of your Corporate membership at tradeshows through
a published Corporate Firm directory binder.
Corporate memberships are connected to the company and are not
portable if a member leaves the company.
Dues: $600 per year

Additional Corporate
Satellite offices of a Corporate member can apply for Additional
Corporate memberships.
Use the same firm type—Provider or Non-Provider (defined above)—as
the parent office.
Benefits include:
- One Individual membership
- Member will appear in search results of the public Member Directory
on the BCA website.
Corporate memberships are connected to the company and are not
portable if a member leaves the company.
Dues: $300 per year

Non-Profit
This membership is for government agencies,
educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.
Benefits include:
- One Individual Membership
Dues: $350 per year

Student
Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited educational program
to qualify for Student membership. Verification of enrollment must be provided,
on request.
Benefits include:
- Eligibility to serve on any committee
- Use of members-only resources
- Subscription to The Checklist
- Discounts to all training events hosted or
sponsored by BCA
Dues: $25 per year
